The work
Some of this went to print, in Dark Watchers and the Creature Calendar. Some of it was drawn for its own sake. All of it is the same hand that does the brand work, which is why a brand from this studio can come with its own characters, creatures and artwork rather than stock.

Process
The painting at the top of this page, start to finish. The scene is blocked in first, then the light, then the creatures. The spiral that flashes up near the end is a golden ratio guide laid over the composition.
